Introduction
Since its beginnings in the mid 1970s, NASDI has been partnering with public, private,
and institutional clients to help reshape America’s cities, as well as assisting in the improvement of civil, industrial, and marine infrastructures.
NASDI continues to expand into new markets and to offer additional services performing as a sole source provider on projects that
would otherwise require multiple subcontractors.
NASDI operates as a subsidiary of and works closely with Great Lakes Dredge and Dock Corporation. Great Lakes Dredge and Dock operates in two
reporting segments: dredging and demolition. Its operations span the period between 1890 and present day. For more than 100 years
Great Lakes Dredge and Dock has been reshaping America’s living environments – its seashores, seaports, and inland waterways.
