Introduction
Since its beginnings, in the mid 1970s, NASDI has been partnering with public, private, and
institutional clients to help reshape America’s Cities and to help improve America's civil,
industrial, and marine infrastructures. Moving forward, NASDI will continue to expand into
new markets, and to offer additional services, allowing our clients to engage us--regionally
and nationally--as a single source provider on projects that would otherwise require multiple
subcontracors.
NASDI operates as a subsidiary of and works closely with Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation
(The Company). The Company operates in two reporting segments: Dredging & Demolition.
Its operations span the period between 1890 and present day. For more than 100 years
Great Lakes Dredge & Dock has been reshaping America’s living environments—its seashores,
seaports, and inland waterways.
