Experienced, Local, Diverse Workforce

NASDI values its loyal and capable workforce as its most important asset. All field employees take part in mandatory, formal classroom and hands-on training, along with being provided safety and health education and training. NASDI also appreciates the benefits of local knowledge and understands that it is our responsibility to hire talent from within and around the communities in which we are operating.

Commitment to Health & Safety

At NASDI we make safety a condition of employment, thus making it a priority to comply with all safe work practices and health and safety codes and regulations. It is our policy to continue to do everything reasonable to protect employees, property, clients and the public from the results of accidents. We provide training for all employees enabling them do their jobs as safely and effectively as possible.

Exceptional Bonding Capacities & Insurance Capabilities

NASDI’s bonding capacities are among the best in the industry ranging up to $500 million. NASDI’s insurance limits are also exceptional in the construction industry, as they allow us to bid on many of the largest public and private projects in the United States. NASDI can offer Excess Liability Insurance Coverage of up to $25 million.

Single Source Provider

The scope of NASDI’s service offerings allows its clients to employ NASDI as a single source provider on projects that would otherwise require multiple specialty subcontractors. From the demolition of commercial buildings to the decommissioning, dismantling and salvaging of industrial facilities to the removal of heavy-civil structures, NASDI has the work history, specialized labor and modern equipment to safely prepare its clients’ sites for the next phase of development.

Fleet of Specialized Equipment

Among NASDI’s inventory of specialized equipment, we own and maintain a modern fleet of excavators equipped with shears, pulverizers, processors, grapples and hydraulic hammers. Such equipment provides high capacity processing of construction and demolition debris for recycling and reclamation.

LEED Project Participation

NASDI has become an integral part of the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) achievement process in this new “green” world. NASDI partners with recycling facilities to support these goals; identifies and documents all recyclable waste; and prepares recycling reports for its clients, so that they can meet all LEED® project objectives.
